Businesses cannot be successful when the society around them fails.
Partnership with the World Vision India Under Child Sponsorship Scheme.
For this reason, we have developed and sponsored the "Helping Hands" program which encourages employees to participate in community based activities such as assistance to corporate contributions, initiation of campaigns, involvement in charities, environmental clean-ups, and fundraisings for strengthening community’s educational and health system.
As a result, not only the company benefits from improved relations with the surrounding community, but also helps employees strengthen their leadership, interpersonal skills and increase interaction between different departments. This gives way to a better and cohesive workforce who is completely dedicated towards GIVING BACK to society. This leads to an enhanced public image and a cohesive workforce, all caused by a common sense of duty in never ending contribution to society.
